Results of v271b experiment

Dear colleagues,

  Experiment v271b has been correlated and I ran astrometric solution.
We observed 141 source: 94 target sources and 47 troposphere calibrators.
Among 94 target sources 75 were new objects and 19 were previously 
observed but had unreliable positions. Among 141 observed sources,
139 were detected.
