PIMA v 2.19 has been released

Dear colleagues,

  New PIMA version was released. The changelog can be found at 
http://astrogeo.org/pima/Changelog_20150919.txt

  New version 2.19 fixes a number of bugs and adds two new
features: 1) support of WVR data for the use in fringe fitting;
2) support of import of the interferometric model used by the 
SFXC correlator.
