PIMA release 2.21 of 2016.01.24

Dear colleagues,

  New PIMA version 2.21 was released. The changelog can be found at 
http://astrogeo.org/pima/Changelog_20160124.txt

   Highlights of changes in version 2.21:

a) full support of multiple phase calibration tones

b) improved robustness to corrupted data. Prevented PIMA crashes
   when signaling not-a-numbers are in autocorrelation and/or
   cross-correlation data was encountered, etc.
