  We were losing many Tsys measrement due to drudg. This patch prevents this.

  I do not have access to FS source code. But I see in
ftp://gemini.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/sked/skedall_2017Aug01.tgz that
it was released less than 2 months ago. Can you send to me the
source code of drudg you have? I can compare.
