    Cable calibration was disabled since it worsens fit by 2-8%

    NRAO20 clock reference station.

    ELIM used 3 sigmas cutoff. 
    UPWEI used 10 psec floor.

    Estimates of atmosphere in zenith direction have a saw-like pattern.
