Positions of SYOWA were estimated in a global solutions. SYOWA was treated as a local station there, i.e. its position was estimated for each experiment separately. No-net-rotation, no-net-translation constraints were imposed on 42 global station whose apriori positions and velocities were set to ITRF97 reference frame. Therefore new reference frame obtained in that solution does not have net translation and net rotation with respect to ITRF97.
