- Original bottom pressure from the output of OMCT
model gridded at 0.5° x 0.5° grid (file botpran_2012.nc) .
- Restored bottom pressure from Stokes coefficients
of OMCT bottom pressure to degree up to 100 at the 0.5° x 0.5° grid.
- Differences in bottom pressure restored from
Stokes coefficients minus original output of the OMCT model degree up to 100
at the 0.5° x 0.5° grid. Range [-2500, 4000] Pa.
- Differences in bottom pressure restored from
Stokes coefficients minus original output of the OMCT model degree
at 0.5° x 0.5° grid. Range [-200, 200] Pa.
- Up loading Mass loading from OMCT bottom
pressure restored from Stokes coefficients. The bottom pressure was restored
at the 0.5° x 0.5° grid.
- Up loading Mass loading from OMCT at original
0.5° x 0.5° grid with original 0.5° x 0.5° land sea mask.
- Up loading Mass loading from OMCT at original
0.5° x 0.5° grid after upgridding the data to 4096x2048 grid with the
fine land sea mask.
- Differences in Up mass loading from OMCT:
using bottom pressure restored from Stokes coefficients and from the original
bottom pressure field. In both cases the grid has resolution 0.5° x 0.5°.
- Differences in Up mass loading from OMCT:
using bottom pressure restored from Stokes coefficients and from the original
bottom pressure field. The original bottom pressure upgridded to 4096x2048
grid with the fine land sea mask applied.
- Differences in Up mass loading from OMCT
using original bottom pressure field. Loading was computed with and without
upgridded to 4096x2048 grid and applying the fine land sea mask.
