PIETOWN Tilt

East component

Green line -- non-linear site displacement from analysis of VLBI data;
Blue line -- displacement due to tilt after estimates of shift, drift and scale removed.
Units: meters.

Physical meaning of scale is the distance from the center of rotation causing tilt to the axis intersection.

Cmp: E  Shift:   6.11 mm  Drift:   0.39 mm/yr   Length:  19.474 m

North component

Green line -- non-linear site displacement from analysis of VLBI data;
Blue line -- displacement due to tilt after estimates of shift, drift and scale removed.
Units: meters.

Physical meaning of scale is the distance from the center of rotation causing tilt to the axis intersection.

Cmp: N  Shift:  12.37 mm  Drift:   1.10 mm/yr   Length:  20.615 m

Up component

When both East and North components of site displacement are used, the estimate of the discanve between the antenna reference point and the axis of rotation that causes anteann tilt is
20.09 ± 0.24 meters.
