These are nice plots of clock behaviour at Ceduna and Parkes.
It really looks possible to derive the clock deviation of Ceduna and Parkes
with respect to "mean clock" of ATCA,Mopra,Hobart. Can be very good
modeled with some 10-20 ps per scan accuracy. 
Bet you made it already :) as the fathers of VLBI did it some 30 years ago!

Someone could also compute the Alan variance for Cd and Pa :)
