Final schedule of the LCS experiment v271b

Dear colleagues,

   The final schedule of v271b is prepared.

   The difference with respect to the v271a schedule

1) The newest version of AT20G catalogue, 2008.10.30 was used as 
   the basis catalogue for candidate selection.

2) The number of scans per source was increased from 3 to 4.

3) The minimum time between scans was set to 3 hours.

4) The maximum declination was raised to -45 deg. 

5) On source time for tropospheric calibrators was reduced from 90 seconds
   to 70 seconds. Actual scan length is ~10 seconds shorter.


94 target sources (66 sources scheduled in 4 scans, 28 in 3 scans) and 
47 troposphere calibrator sources are scheduled.
