Draft of the LCS proposal for 2011

Dear colleagues,

  Please find the draft of the LCS proposal for 2011 at

 During 2011 three experiments have been observed. Two of them 
are in the correlator queue, one of the is processed. The main
change wrt previous proposals is source selection. We have already
picked up good sources, and finding new candidates will become
increasingly more difficult. I am going to submit the proposal on 
Monday 2010.12.13.
