PIMA release 2.24 of 2016.09.24

Dear colleagues,

  New PIMA version 2.24 was released. The changelog can be found at 
http://astrogeo.org/pima/Changelog_20160911.txt

  This is mainly a bug fix release. Important changes:
a) support of beam waveguide antennas is added. It is essential
   to specify correct flavor of alt-azimuth mounting for processing
   dual-band observations;
b) correction for main beam attenuation was wrong.
