pima and gfortran/gcc 7.1.0

Dear colleagues,

  gcc-7.1.0 was released on 2017.05.02. It turned out fortran runtime 
library has a bug https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=80727 . 
This bug will crash pima and some other programs.

  I found a workaround. If you upgraded GNU fortran/c to 7.1, you need 
install new version of petools-20170515. 

  Since gcc 7.1 changed the fortran runtime input/output library api, 
after upgrading to gfortran/gcc, you will need to re-compile petools, 
spd_client, ners, vtd, fourpack, and gvh. Atlas compiled with an earlier 
version of gcc/gfortran is still OK.
