  The reason I alluded to v230 is to have a pretext to show the reference
to the paper Petrov~L., Phillips~C., Bertarini~A., Deller~A., 
Pogrebenko~S., Mujunen~A., The Use of the Long Baseline Array in Australia 
for Precise Geodesy and Absolute Astrometry, Submitted to PASA,
2008,  http://http://arXiv.org/abs/0809.0627. By the way, a couple of 
hours ago we got a favorable review to this paper.
